ash720
System almost there. One remaining problem is that if any call gets directed to a mailbox, a message is recorded, but the call is not disconnected. Line has to be physically disconnected before line will be realesed. Am using NBE on a Sangoma B600 is this likley to be a Snom problem or a Sangoma problem?
pbx support
If you have the SIP message trace it would be easy to figure it out. Do you have one? http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Logging_SIP_Settings has some help if you want to know how to get SIP logging if you are running older versions of PBX. If you are running the newer versions of PBX, you can just set the "Log call messages" and ignore rest of the settings on the "Logging" page. Vodia PBX
Is this a analog line? If the answer is yes, then the NBE has to detect the disconnect tone because in the analog world, there is no signaling for the hangup (unless you have polarity change on the line)
ash720
Ah, analogue line, in the UK, so BT have some peculiar ways of dealing with disconnecting. I'll look at NBE in more depth.
