I received to "User Disconnects Call" emails this past Saturday - both were calls from extension to extension on our LAN. Below are the messages I received and attached are the TXT files also received on the email.

Would you please review and advise? Thanks!!!

-----------------------------

One side of the call between sip:214@pbx.gulfworld.com;user=phone and sip:202@pbx.gulfworld.com did not receive media for 7.7 s and the other side of the call disconnected the call. The address of the other side was 0.0.0.0 (User-Agent=snom320/8.4.32). You may use this email as hint for a potential problem. The SIP messages are attached.

Generally these things do not happen on the LAN, unless there is connectivity issue or phone issue. Based on the log, I would start looking at the common phone in both these cases. Try upgrading the phone to newer releases too.
