voipguy Posted May 25, 2012 Report Share Posted May 25, 2012 As an Admin in the Accounts screen at the bottom of the page you have "More Actions:" with a drop down selection of items. Can you add this option "Delete voice mail messages for selected extensions". I know you have a "Cleanup the selected extensions" but that does a few things more then just delete the voice mail messages for an extension. I beleive it deletes the extension name, deletes the mailbox greetings etc. We just want to select a bunch of extensions and have the pbx delete all the voice mail messages. Thanks, it's probably close to the same code you use for the Cleanup extension routine except don't have it do all the other stuff, just delete the voice mail messages. If not is there an easy way to clear old voicemails from the Snomone server for a specific extension? Two of our extensions have got over 100 VM's in the mailbox!
