How to setup exstentions

Hi how do i get my phones to register.

 

 

I have setup an Exstention with the following details, but i keep getting SIP/2.0 404 Not Found. what am i doing wrong

 

what must i put for username and password on the client?

 

my details is:

 

Administrator only:

Account number(s): 200

Dial plan: Default

ANI: 200

ANI for emergency calls:

Send daily CDR report to:

Show following ACD queues:

Couple of reasons why you receive 404 Not found

 

• If the domain in the registration request does match where the account 200 is created (you can put 196.213.210.85 as an alias to the PBX domain)
  
• If the user is disabled, which I think is not the case.

I found the Problem

 

i deleted all my domains and only had one domain, then gave it an aliases of "localhost" and bob's you uncle, it all worked.
