JTEL
We were using PBXNSIP V. 4.2 till recently. we upgraded to version 4.5.1090 of SnomOne. We have over hundred polycom phones registered, and we noticed that since the new version we cannot forward calls. ( we tested this on a couple of servers) When a call comes in, you pick up the phone, you hit transfer, extension number, then transfer again. The other extension cannot press answer(button), it keeps on blinking and the call goes to voice mail, as if you didn't pick up the phone. This is a huge issue for us actually, and hope this will be fixed soon. However, to go past this issue. when you pick up a call, hit transfer, extension number, WAIT TILL THE CALEE ANSWERS, then hit transfer again. If you figure this out and have a solution, please reply. Thanks,
Vodia PBX
Hmm. You might need a license key with the magic word "3pr" in it because you come from a pbxnsip build. Please send me a private message with the license key in it, so that we can take a look if thats the problem.

Vodia PBX
It seems the license key is not the problem. Maybe there is something wrong with the call flow for call transfer from Polycom. We are investigating.
pbx support
Can you please check what is set for "Domain->Settings: Stay in the call during the blind transfer:"?
JTEL
Can you please check what is set for "Domain->Settings: Stay in the call during the blind transfer:"? It says no.
pbx support
Polycom does not seem to like the ACK for the 200 OK. So it keeps repeating the 200 OK with SDP and after certain timeout it sends a BYE (disconnects the call). From the first glance at the SIP log, it looks fine on the PBX. But we will double check. JTEL
What does this mean?
Vodia PBX
It seems that the Polycoms dont like it when the PBX updates the information in a SIP header (from) and from then on it goes south. We will see how fast we can patch this.
