JTEL Posted July 30, 2012 Report Share Posted July 30, 2012 We were using PBXNSIP V. 4.2 till recently. we upgraded to version 4.5.1090 of SnomOne. We have over hundred polycom phones registered, and we noticed that since the new version we cannot forward calls. ( we tested this on a couple of servers) When a call comes in, you pick up the phone, you hit transfer, extension number, then transfer again. The other extension cannot press answer(button), it keeps on blinking and the call goes to voice mail, as if you didn't pick up the phone. This is a huge issue for us actually, and hope this will be fixed soon. However, to go past this issue. when you pick up a call, hit transfer, extension number, WAIT TILL THE CALEE ANSWERS, then hit transfer again.
