auto service flag

Hi,

 

I have a customer that would like a automatic service flag setup as the following

 

 

monday-friday 9.00am-5.00pm call the hunt group after hours forward to a AA (Easy i can do that)

 

Saturday-sunday only, forward to a differnet hunt group then finish to a voicemail box

 

please help

If the calls end up at the AA then you can create another service flag on the Auto Attendant itself and sent it to a different HG and then timeout to a VM you will have to use the dates for this items has follow.

 

To specify one day, use the MM/DD format (e.g., 11/24 for November 24).

To specify two days, use the MM/DD format with a space between the days (e.g., 12/24 12/25 for December 24 and 25).

you can add as many days as you want by the following the above format.

1. during the weekdays monday-friday 9:00am-5:00pm hit a hunt group

2. monday-friday 5:00pm-8:59am hit an AA

 

Saturday-Sunday 9:00-5:00P New hunt group

Saturday-Sunday 5:00pm-8:59am hit an AA

 

This needs to happen automatically every week

You can setup the 2 service flags (one for week days and other for Saturday and Sunday) and then use those under the "AA->Night service" section to forward the calls to respective hunt groups.
