global_s Posted September 20, 2012 Report Share Posted September 20, 2012 Hello, "Include the cell phone in calls to extension:" works if calls are directed to the extension; If the call goes through a Hunt Group and then to the extension, the time is fixed in 5 seconds and cannot be changed. Vodia support Posted September 20, 2012 Report Share Posted September 20, 2012 If you are referring to "Include the cell phone in calls to extension" option then it's by designed only for extension to extension calls and incoming calls to an extension. The setting is ignored if you're in a hunt-group and agent group. another scenario is If you have set a 5 sec duration on the hunt group stage and have a final stage to a VM then we will honor that and send the call to its destination and the cell phone will stop ringing at that point.
