Timero to call cellphone not working when in Hunt group

If you are referring to "Include the cell phone in calls to extension" option then it's by designed only for extension to extension calls and incoming calls to an extension. The setting is ignored if you're in a hunt-group and agent group.

 

another scenario is If you have set a 5 sec duration on the hunt group stage and have a final stage to a VM then we will honor that and send the call to its destination and the cell phone will stop ringing at that point.

 

There is request ticket on this item already it's up to development at this point.
