About 2 seconds after the sub listing starts playing the greeting, it gets interupted with a message please enter your entension number. If I dial the extension number of the sub auto attendant directly, without first going to the main auto attendant it works fine. All other menu's that do not have a # work fine. shopcomputer Posted February 11, 2008 Author Report Share Posted February 11, 2008 Upgraded to 2.1.6.2446 and the problem still exists. 4# redirects to auto attendant 04, however after 3 seconds, it cuts off and gives message please enter extension number. see attached. shopcomputer Posted March 21, 2008 Author Report Share Posted March 21, 2008 As I have extension numbers that start with a 4, the # puts a 2 second timeout before the redirection, so a user can enter ext 45, before it redirects to the 4 shortcut.
