moh10ly
I have noticed that Snomone PBX supports mobility and I wanted to try this feature as it's required by many corporations these days. I have successfully registered my mobile extension through Bria App/Media5 on iPhone and made a call to another extension registered on to a phone with the PBX but there's no Audio. I tried looking for an option to figure out which RTP port range is used for media path channel but haven't been able to figure it out, I tied ranges between 10000/20000 and 49000/65000 but this never worked. could anyone please let me know which are the correct port range and in case there's any other settings need to be done on SnomOne Server side. Thanks a lot http://www.pbxnsip.com/
Vodia PBX
At first glance, this should work; especially if the SIP signalling seems to be okay. If it is not to much work, I would use a packet sniffer like Wireshark to figure out what is going on. Then you can see where the PBX sends the RTP packets and if it receives any RTP. Edit: Also, I would first try if it works well with WiFi, then potentially try 3G or 4G. Who knows, maybe your carrier does not like RTP. I have tried a different phone with different GSM carrier and the audio works one way. this is very confusing. moh10ly
Ok, I think it's a carrier issue since it works with another carrier and i've just been told that the carrier which is failing with me doesn't have a 3G backbone which explains why it doesn't work. thanks a lot for your help.
