dialling numbers - disconnected network

Hello,

 

I'm having a problem when I dial numbers from a SNOM 300 handset. The firmware on the handset is version 8.7.3.19.

I have to dial the numbers very quickly. If there is any delay in dialling the numbers, it never connects and a message comes on the handset display "disconnected network".

 

If I dial the numbers quick enough, they always connect fine. The SNOM ONE version is: 4.5.1.1107 (Zeta Perseids).

 

Is there a setting somewhere on the handset or PBX which can extend the time to dial numbers before it times out?

 

Let me know if you need more ifno on this issue.
