NickSeville Posted August 13, 2013 Report Share Posted August 13, 2013 Hello, I'm having a problem when I dial numbers from a SNOM 300 handset. The firmware on the handset is version 8.7.3.19. I have to dial the numbers very quickly. If there is any delay in dialling the numbers, it never connects and a message comes on the handset display "disconnected network". If I dial the numbers quick enough, they always connect fine. The SNOM ONE version is: 4.5.1.1107 (Zeta Perseids). Is there a setting somewhere on the handset or PBX which can extend the time to dial numbers before it times out? Let me know if you need more ifno on this issue. Vodia PBX Posted August 14, 2013 Report Share Posted August 14, 2013 Did you automatically provision the phone? If yes, did you choose a PnP dial plan in the domain settings?
