darkfire1515 Posted October 16, 2013 Report Share Posted October 16, 2013 I am not sure if this is in the correct area of this forum as I do not know if it is a dial plan issue or not. I have a client that is having an issue dialing toll free numbers. I have contacted the ITSP and they have assured me that they are not blocking toll free numbers so I am assuming that it is the PBX. Anytime they try to make an outbound call to a toll free number we get "we're sorry, your call cannot be completed at this time. Please hang up and try your call again later.
