TR01
We have a client with a Snom One Mini (latest 4.6.x fw) and Snom 821 phones. Calls are terminating after 15 minutes, despite having the max call duration set to 2 hours in the PBX. Can anyone help me out? I've searched for possibilities, but I haven't been successful. I feel like I'm missing something obvious. Thanks!

Vodia PBX
The key question is here who terminates the call. Are you able to make extension-to-extension calls for more than 15 minutes? If yes, that this points to a problem with the service provider. If you turn the logging for the SIP packets on, you will see where the BYE is coming from. TR01
We rarely have extension to extension calls that last 15 minutes (if ever). The disconnect occurs in the middle of a call (initiated or received by us) at the 15 minute mark. I will turn SIP logging on and capture the log file asap. Thanks. Vodia PBX
Well most companies keep the internal calls short... that's okay. The test is just to see if the problem is on the trunk side or a general problem.
