Daily reports do not show direction of call in ver 5.1.3

Since the update to ver 5.1.3 the daily call reports sent out do not have the call direction ( I/O)

 

Any way I can tweak the template to include this? Ive got customers inquiring.

The CDR are now simple from where to where. If the call was "inbound" or "outbound" is actually not so easy to say any more. For example, if someone from outside of the company calls any extension which gets forked to the cell phone of a user, is it inbound outbound or actually both? Or one extension calling the other? Inbound to me is something that is related to a trunk. However we got away from the pure trunk view, so that you can also e.g. internal calls in the CDR.
