Vodia PBX Posted January 14, 2014 Report Posted January 14, 2014 The CDR are now simple from where to where. If the call was "inbound" or "outbound" is actually not so easy to say any more. For example, if someone from outside of the company calls any extension which gets forked to the cell phone of a user, is it inbound outbound or actually both? Or one extension calling the other? Inbound to me is something that is related to a trunk. However we got away from the pure trunk view, so that you can also e.g. internal calls in the CDR. Quote
