Browser configuration to play Ad Hoc Recordings

My customers are starting to try Ad Hoc Recording and have reported me that they cannot hear the messages. I tried myself and found that if I use Internet Explorer, when I try to play the recording I see the following error message: "Not Valid Origin". So, suspecting that it could be one of the many things that do not work in Explorer, I tried with Chrome. This time the message did play with no error, however, there was absolutely no audio. Finally, I tried with Firefox and bingo, I was able to hear the recording. Is there something that users have to adjust in Chrome and or Explorer or is this a known bug?
