Pieter van Zyl Posted February 2, 2015 Report Share Posted February 2, 2015 Hi, I have a client with 2 x Snom M9r base stations. They have 8 cordless phones, 4 on each base station. Whenever the base stations restarts or there is a power failure the phones loses connection and does not show the name of the account on the phone. De-register and re-register sorted the issue out. Now the phones do not register with eiter base station and reboot also does not resolve the issue. Any ideas? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
