Call history when using hunt group

Hello,

 

I have an issue trying to get call history for all extensions in my hunt group. If someone calls, the only one who gets the history of the call on his phone is the one who took the call.

 

Is there a parameter that can change it?

Right now there is actually no specific call history for a hunt group on the web interface. I remember you can send daily reports on hunt groups that will then list all the calls for that specific hunt group. But what you can do is to check the domain call log for calls; they should contain (also) the hunt group calls.

Thanks for your answer. Do you have a specific folder so I can create a complete topic related to this feature which I think could be really great to have?

Because I can't imagine clients going on their own web interface each time they want to find a number.

Well for hunt groups there is simply no (simple) solution available. We would have to put the hunt group CDR on the users web page; then the question is if all hunt groups should show up there or only those who were received by the extension.
