email@example.com Posted November 12, 2015 Report Share Posted November 12, 2015 When recording audio for the system such as auto attendants or agent group prompts it would be nice to be able to review, rerecord and accept the recording. For example if I have an auto attendant 2000 and want to record the greetings I dial *982000 or *982000*1 or *982000*2, etc. Basically you have to record the audio and then hang up. There is no way to listen to or rerecord and accept the audio like you can when recording the primary voice mail greeting. It would be a nice feature to be able to listen to, rerecord and then accept the recording like you can do when recording the primary voice mail greeting.
