Dial from Snom without the check mark

I got this off the Snom site , looking to allow the Snom phones to dial after a 3 digit extension or an 11 digit OB call,

 

using

 

Identity 1 -> SIP -> Dial plan string ,

 

 

since it relates to pbxnsip and benefits pbxnsip users I figured I would post it here ..

 

any help on this ?
