Well, that is the codec for sending the media (which is fine, don't change it). What is the codec for sending RFC4733? Most of the time it is something like 101/telephone-event.
I dont see in the ethereal trace. All i ahve are UDP, SIP, RTP, and TCP packets.
Where should I look for the 101/telephone event.
Thanks

It would be interesting to see what DTMF codec has been negotiated and if the DTMF is inband what level and noise the DTMF has.
The codec that is being negotiated is G.711. Do I need to change the codec?

Can you get an Ethereal trace? Then we can see what the problem is.
What info do you want to see?

The Inband DTMF detection is on. Im still having the same problem.

The AA answers the call from the cell phone. When I try pressing "1" for accounting the AA does not recognize the "1". It just keeps playing the message.

I have the AA setup. When I call from a cell phone, the PBX does not recognize the number/tone. If I call from a landline it works fine. Anyone knows how to correct this? I am using a Tenor Anaglog Gateway.

Can anyone tell me if PBXnSIP supports PCI cards for the PRI built into the server or do you have to have a seperate gateway?
Thanks

I figured it out. I had the gateway set to In-Band tones. Changed the setting ot Out-Band RFC 2833. Everythign works now.
Thanks for all your help.
