um, I have set up dial plan but the same error occurs. Could you please tell me how to fix this?

 

Since extensions map to dial plans, dial plans should be set up before extensions

Do I have to do this?

Hi, I'm using snom free for VoIP assignment. I created a callcentric trunk and it worked in inbound traffic: 1 soft phone using callcentric's SIP number can call to my snom's auto attendant and then I can make call to extensions in my domain. However, when I call callcentric number from the extension in snom, it didn't work and displayed that "Failed to establish call". Is there something wrong with my trunk or my dial plan?
