  1. Hi,

We are running Snom One v4.5.0.1090 on a Windows platform. To date we have been using this successfully with an Epygi E1 gateway. We have replaced the Epygi with a Sangoma A101 card and installed NetBorder Express 4.3.3. At the moment we are NOT able to make local calls only. All calls to interstate and service based (13, 1300 etc) are working correctly. When making local calls only Netborder logging shows the following:

  2. Hi,

I am running snom One Blue 4.2.1.4025 Windows x64 version. I have integrated Exchange 2010 SP1 Unified Messaging into the snom One PBX. Voicemail works correctly however call transfers from Exchange UM back to snom One fail. The logs show the following information:

REFER from device type "RTCC/3.5.0.0 MSExchangeUM/14.01.0339.001" is not supported in this product

Call f1de402c@pbx: Last request not finished

From reading other posts I understand that the basic version of snom One does not support referals from non Snom devices, however we are running the Blue license which is unlimited.

    Please assist.

    Thanks,

    Daniel.
