    Hi

     

    How do you force the outbound ANI for calls sent out to Sangoma Net Border Express / A500 Card. We have set it in the TRUNK > Trunk ANI box but the line is still presenting that of the ISDN line and not the SIP number our clients needs it to present.

    Thanks for the reply. I dont seem to have the option for "Group Extension" under the mailbox settings. The last option in the list is "Mailbox Excape Account"

    Ex:

    Group extension - 2000

    Your phone extension - 2020

     


    1.  
    2. Set 2020 in the "Group extensions:" field of 2000.
    3. There is no need to register any phone for 2000.
    4. Call extension 2000 and leave a message.
    5. The MWI on 2020 will be turned on

  3. MWI for Group Mailbox

    Hi

     

    We are using SnomOne with the Snom 720 handset. How do I get the phone to show the MWI lamp when there is messages waiting at the group mailbox.

     

    Have tried changing the phones mailbox account to 2020 (the group mailbox) and it does nothing.

  7. Move Voicemail between Extensions

    Hi

     

    Is it possible to move a VM recording from one extension to the huntgroup VM. We have a user who has recorded the hunt group message on there personal extension and doesnt want to record it again.

     

    It seems a simple matter of changing the XML but wanted to be clear what we need in there.
