Report Call disconnected when put on hold in General Setup Posted March 18, 2009 We made some setup changes to our installation and can't work out why we now have this issue. When we put a call that comes down a trunk from our ITSP it gets disconnected. We can put internal calls on hold fine. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, Marcus Robinson
