Folks,
I've done this all before but cannot for the life of me remember how to set simple things like office hours messages, so customers get a closed message when calling out of hours etc.
Where the hell do I set this????
I can see the parts within the trunk/AA settings etc. to list which service flag to use, but I cannot find anywhere to configure the actual service flags themselves.
Can someone give me a quick rundown on setting up a basic one to refresh my memory - I cannot find anything on the web or on here which tells me this!
Going crazy and crossed eyed over this one... so any help appreciated.
Thanks

I’ve tried setting it up as a SIP Gateway as suggested by someone on your Forum site, and it seems to be on the right direction, but I’m not getting out. I’m using X-Lite as my extension and getting “Call Failed: Access denied to SIP Trunk Out. In the PBX Logs, the same call produces...

Any ideas?
Our trunk provider says they only authenticate by IP (no username or password) and CLI?

Ok... doing this and setting up dialplan to suit I now get...

... I should also add we've tried leaving the username and password blank in the Trunk config pages!

We're trying to configure a Gradwell Enterprise SIP Trunk with PBXnSIP and getting '403 Method not supported' - which we also get on a standard X-lite client when we've tried it. I've been told by Gradwell support that this service doesn't require a username/password and authenticates by permitted IP address.
How do I configure PBXnSIP Trunks to support this configuration?

Sorted... just needed to change to a SIP Gateway and enter our outgoing CLI in the ANI field.
