did you ever get this resolved we are having same issue.

what we need is the user not to enter a specified pin per user, but say a 5 digit client reference code. when a LD call is made, they enter any 5 digit code. that writes to the cdr. then we can pull the cdr into our acointing software and automatically bill to the specified client.

i have a client who uses a call accounting package. they need to bill back LD calls. Is there a way to require a code to be entered when dialing LD calls? Then i can write that code out to CDR so my cost accounting package can pick it up.
