[Locking Phones]

For those extensions, you should make another dial plan. Every domain can have multiple dial plans. Then you can assign the limited dial plan to the extensions that should have limited access.

 

You may also require in a dial plan that the user has to authenticate himself with a PIN code. This way, you can still allow outbound calls if the user enters a PIN code. Also from those lobby phones, users may dial the calling card account, and from there they can make outbound calls.

Hi, please can someone give me some help/advise.

 

We are currently using Snom one V4.5

 

We have some phone in a factory enviroment and we would like to lock these phone to only dial internal numbers and possibly speed dials.

We would like the operators to be locked out of calling any other numbers, as normally these are their friends etc that should not being called.

 

Please can you let me know if a total outbound dialing is possible, and if there is a simple way to only allow internal and speed dial dialing from certain phones or extenstion registrations.
