[Cannot place outbound call from cellphone]

We have been unable to place an outbound call from a cellphone. We just get a message from the system saying "The call could not be established." We can't find anything in the logs showing what may be causing the call to fail. Any ideas?

I basically have the same problem. It seems to me that the system is one way only. I don't hear the remote phone ringing.

I cannot place cell phone calls. I check the dial plan, but I cannot figure out what needs to add or change. Any idea?
