The last call to 42 works because I called a Frech SIP number. But this VoIP account was logged with my phone on the local wireless.

Okay, go to the domain settings and set the new dial plan as the default dial plan. You are probably still using the old dial plan from that extension.
The same issue... 3 differents tones like a wrong number. I'm lost !

Thats a good sign. This means that the problem must be somewhere in the trunk/dialplan area.
Do you hear "comfort noise" (light hissing sound in the phone)? That would mean that the PBX actually tries to call the destination, but did not get a ringback yet.
Did you set up a new dial plan or did you use the default dial plan? In case you set up a new dial plan, make sure that this is either the default domain dial plan (domain settings) or the dial plan for the extension that you are using (extension setting).
If it all does not help, check the logging. You might want to increase the log level and even start logging the SIP packets to see how the PBX communicates with the SIP trunk.

I hear a 3 tones sound.

Sure, I set up a new dial plan, I didn't use the default dial plan.
The new dial plan is currently registred.

Hello,
I configurated the PBX with a French Trunk.
When I make local call, the Softphone work and can ring.
When I try to call external number like cell or home number, nothing happen.
The trunk is registred, and I make a dial plan with pattern "*" and replacement "*" so I configurate the trunk to my account but the only thing that I can hear is a bad ring (wrong number).
Someone got an idea please ?

Hello,
After the Dial plan and the Trunk configuration, I can make external call (I can call phone from my pbx account).
But if someone want to call me on my account ? How can I do it ?
Thanks,
Chris
