  1. I am having issue since moving to v69 where I am not getting Daily CDR reports for Ring Groups (across multiple tenants)

    I am still getting the reports for Call Queues, so I know that the system can send emails successfully.

    I have tried changing from the default time and made no difference.

    Anyone else seeing this?

     

     

  2. I agree that this need more deeper looking into. There must be a solution.

    Although I acknowledge that the problem was not caused by Vodia, it is not acceptable that we have to say to our clients that they can not use the latest version of Android.

    I have a physical phone provisioned on the extn.

    I logged into the user portal and set it to desktop mode

    It has not changed anything, when I select and right click on a number and select Dial from Desktop it still pops up a username and password box momentarily before failing to do anything.

  4. Have installed the Extension and when I right click on a selection the 'Click to Dial' shows up

    If I select the Call from Desktop phone option it pops up with a windows asking for a Username and Password and no call is made.
    I have tried entering the Username and Password but they are not accepted.

    If I select the Call from Browser a call is initiated, I click the End call button (as I don't actually want to use from the Browser)

    If I then select the Call from Desktop option the call is actually made on the Desktop phone as I want without prompting for the username and password.

    What do I need to do to get the Call from Desktop working without having to Dial from Browser first?

     

     

  5. I have what I thought was a fairly straight forward setup

    All Inbound calls go to HG 430, this group rings for 10 seconds and then if no answer the final stage sends it to HG 431

    HG 431 rings for 10 seconds and then if no answer the final stage sends it to HG 432

    HG 432 rings for 10 seconds and then if no answer the final stage goes to 9850 a voicemailbox

    FYI - I am using 3 HG instead of stages as each hunt group has a different ring tone, that way we can audibly hear how long a call has been ringing for.

     

    The call flow appears to work except that instead of going to the voicemailbox the system hangs up

    If I ring 432 direct and don't answer it, I get to the mailbox so I know its not a mailbox issue

    This is what I see in the logs

    From my calculations I only have 3 redirections, there must be more internally.

    How can I increase the number of allowed redirections?

     

  6. We are thinking of moving to Vodia but this is an issue for me - not being able to log out of the app.

    Use case is, I have a deskphone which I use. Several days a week I am on 'Early Phones' where I answer the phone from 7am. During this time I use the iphone app, so that I can be away from my desk (making breakfast) but still answer calls, after 8:30am (or if I am not on Early Phones) I do not want the calls on my iphone.   In our current solution the iphone app has a logout option, vodia apps needs this. I do not want to have to delete the account in the app as I then need to re-enter all details (or re-scan QR code). 

     

    We simply need the ability to logout and login
