[Debugging Telnyx SMS and MMS]

From testing, it seems like a message easily gets "lost", as in delivered to an unexpected agent in the queue (two agents have an outgoing message to the same number and that number responds, it goes to one of the agents' threads, but not both of them.  

As for receiving messages, I had to upgrade from 68.0.30 to 69.0.3 to get around the default check problem Richard described.

Since it isn't working, how do I get support? Reboot doesn't seem to do it.

How is version 69 addressing this? Under Settings > Security > General on 69.0.3, it appears the two factor setting has disappeared completely.  I like the idea of passkeys, but don't seem them being completely GA yet. I'd like to see an option to enforce 2FA and/or passkey. Since we can't assume all users have passkey support, the 2FA option shouldn't go away. What's the status of 2FA in v69?

Does/will this apply to Snom phones (ie D717)? 

What about the Grandstream GRP series (ie GRP2612P)

I'm not seeing this work on either of the above example models using 68.0.26. 

Also, I expected the programmable keys / button profile to follow the extension being hot desked. Is that something being considered, or too hard to accomplish?
