  1. Hello,

    I have noticed that sometimes the information on the screen overlaps when I make or receive a call, or when I check the call history.

    I am using the Vodia app version 6.0.8.

    Another issue is that if UTC time is still 1 day behind(for example Sydney is 8am and UTC time is 9pm a day before), the history call shows on the first login is 1 day behind and I have to manually change the date

    Are these known issues? Please advise.

    I am performing a quality check on version 69.1.2 and I have noticed some malfunctions with the following features:

    - When I park a call, I cannot retrieve it. There is no visual indicator.

    - There is no audio and microphone on both applications.
    - The buttons for hanging up or putting the call on hold in the top right corner are not working.
    - I cannot add a new phone from Accounts/extension/provisioning menu. I have to go to Device Management in the advanced settings.

    - the yealink_commun.txt is coded to german

    Please advise if you can replicate these issues or if you have any recommendations for fixing them.

  3. I am having trouble with the ring group stage extensions.

    I configured the call flow to start with an auto attendant(400), then a ring group(200) with three stages of 60 seconds each and the same extensions, then another auto attendant(401), and then back to the ring group(200).

    However, the ring group never reaches stage 3, and the call ends after the second ring, which also skips stage 3. All agents are active and available, but no one answers.

    Can anyone offer any assistance or advice on this?
