  1. How can someone dial an extension of they already know it. When someone enters 1140 the system only captures 2 digits and then hangs up. Please Help ASAP.
  2. So I opened ports 5060, 5061 and the RTP port range and pointed to ATA devise and still no go. Also I cannot try on the LAN because our servers aren't in a LAN but on the public network locked down.
  3. Hi.We have a customer who want to know how they can have their users check their personal mailboxes when away from the office. They don't use DIDs but rather 1 main number with extensions. Is there a way to check without bothering the receptionist every time?
  4. We are testing this unit for residential subscribers. We have a unit up and running just fine with making calls but under it's extension then registration tab it's not showing the devise being connected. Nor on the domain screen it is showing any phone registered to the extension. Secondly when calling the number it goes to voicemail right away and doesn't ring. This is because the system doesn't see the devise. Does anyone else recommend any other ATA devise?
  5. Our AA is not answer as it did in the past. I now says to make an outbound call press 1 to enter your voicemail press 2 to go to the AA press 3. I don't think an changes have been made.
  6. I believe that you are correct. Incoming is going to use a channel as well as the outgoing call. So you can estimate you total bandwidth need would be roughly 192kbps.
  7. Is it possible to have the system notify another number letting the person know they have a voice mail and they have the option to login to their mailbox and listen to it. This has been a very heavily used in our past system and I hope I can continue to offer this.
  8. That is what I was looking for. Thanks
  9. Well that wouldn't work because users with DIDs could have another call come in. I am thinking when a call comes in to the main number and the receptionist sees the person is on the phone rather than sending the calls so it rings it caould be transfered to their voicemail automatically. This is a feature that most companies are use to having coming from their own internal PBX. We have some clients asking about this now that we switch over from our own home grown hosted solution which had this feature. I think many other would agree this is something that should be added in the next release.
  10. Does anyone know how to transfer a call straight to voicemail if the user is already on a call. One of our clients has asked and don't see it in the feature list in the domain settings. Thanks for the help. P.S. If this isn't possible we really could use this... Also would like to have a section that we can post a wish list of sort.
  11. You for sure should call faxback.com. We are a reseller of them and have working our efax service using their platform for nearly a year and have many happy customers all over the US. If you need a contact let me know or if I can help let me know also. Hope everything works out for you.
  12. We just cut over a few companies to this platform and have CO lines setup for them as they are doctor offices and need things simple and as close to the way they are use to things as possible. We unfortunately don't have the incoming calls showing on the co lines. We originally got support when we couldn't get incoming calls and were told to have all trunks as outbound only. This seems to be our problem but need it resolved and working properly ASAP. Thanks Scott
