  4. How to change to UK voice and ring tones? Any ideas? Thanks for looking. Regards Jeremy.
  5. When I upgrade to the latest version, my spitfire trunks loose their registration. The only way I can get it working again is to go back to the earlier version. Has anybody else seen this problem?

  8. I know it sounds stupid but is this the best place to discuss the SoHo? Is a SheevaPlug a SoHo? Thanks
  9. Yes, your right, that is what I was trying to connect to, but have found the correct syntax for my terminal; ssh -p 8722 -l "user" xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx I'm in.
  10. Thanks, yes, but I'm using a mac, terminal app and I can't get it to change the port number from 22. Any clues??
  11. I have been trying to SSH to my SoHo, but keep getting refused. What is the user name I should use? I have tried the usual without success. Any help would be great. Thanks for looking.
  12. Right so I get the following every 3-4 mins: x-RegData: RPN=83.258.143.16 x-RegIntMetrics: RMD=24 RSC=20 RDU=0 Is this right?
  13. Thanks for the link. See our attached file for log file.

  15. What am I looking for in the log file? Do you have an example?
  16. Its a SOHO, I have 4 Snom desk phones and 4 M9 Handsets and one Cisco 7940. Thats only 9 of the 10. Version: 2011-4.3.0.5016 (Linux) Created on: Nov 2 2011 15:17:35 License Status: snom ONE free License Duration: Permanent Additional license information: Extensions: 10/10 Accounts: 22/30 Upgrade: 01 01 2013 Working Directory: /usr/local/snomONE
  17. Hi Did you manage to resolve this issue as I have a 7940, that just won't connect to my SNOM ONE.
  18. I use 870, 821 and M9 phones, sometimes especially with the M9 I just get an engaged tone and it seems not to be register with the SNOM ONE. try rebooting no difference. Next day or two works fine. How can I get the phone to stay registered or reduce the time to reconnect if it loses its connection? Thanks for looking.
  19. What is a broadsoft trunk? Not sure what you mean. A clearer explanation please. Thanks.
  20. Okay, I have a SNOM ONE, with 10 extensions 4 SIP trunks (Spitfire) and one Patton BRI. Phones are either 870 or 821. Most of the time when you dial an external number the phone goes quite, no ringing and when you look at the handset display it show your line and a separate box for the out going line in (CALLBACK) When the call answers the call is connect to the handset. The attachéd image shows handset state when this fault happens. Also during a call, it suddenly changes, you can't hear the other party, you have to press the outside line to pick the call back up. I have noticed that happens a lot when another extension finishes a call. 21. Tried that before and it didn't work, thanks for the suggestion. I've found the solution from this thread.
  22. Worked perfectly, thanks for your help.
  23. Hi, I'm using a spitfire trunk with a 10 number DID range; The numbers are 0121XXX7890 - 7899 Currently I have sent the incoming trunk with !([0-9]{3}$)!\1!u!777 set in the SEND CALL TO EXTENSION field I have set up aliases for extensions so extension 100 has an alias of 890 i.e. 100 890 44121XXX7890 101 891 44121XXX7891 102 892 44121XXX7892 etc But it won't work. In the system log it shows Domain trunk Spitfire@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX could not identify user for 44121XXX7860 What have I missed??
