Report Multiple Agent groups in Agent Group Setup Posted July 13, 2007 I have a setup with 40 snom 360 phones and 6 Agent groups. Is it possible to give all phones access to all agent groups. And then log in/out from the agent groups seperately? And can i somehow setup a key pr agent group and have the light on the key lit up when the phone is logged into that agent group?
