if I made such a question, the gently woman on the other side (trying hard to speak something similar to Italian, as call center is outsorced to Romania),
they probably will say the don't filter anything and I should try to restart the server or verify the firewall or something generic they've been trained to answer ...
but if it was true, then it should be something new, as it was greatly working before ...
I will try now to install the PBX on a local pc and do the test ... if it works ... then it wouldn't be the user agent string
