  1. Oh, you should get the message "Or remain on the line for general assistance" (File aa_general_assistance.wav). In German that is "Bleiben Sie in der Leitung um mit einem Mitarbeiter verbunden zu werden". Check if that file is okay, maybe there is a old file version.

     

     

    It is silent now, exactly as i wanted it:-)

  2. It says "Please enter the extension number"? Maybe is there a space behind the '*'? What version are you running?

     

    The messege comes when i use the Timeout (s): 15 in Timeout Handling because i want to forward the call to Redirect Number: 3000 when no option/direction is choosen. Without the timeout the system is silent.

  3. Hhm, you mean it uses an IP address that the box actually does not have? Maybe because the box runs behind a DMZ and the installation uses that trick to get that working? Maybe we need something that explicitly set the "https://<ipnr defaultgateway>" part - will be in the next version.

     

    After re-installing the software completely the problem didn't occur anymore
