  1. can't hear admin recordings or extension recordings in Windows - when you click on the right-pointing triangle, you get a quick button that pops up on the media player, and then disappears.

I've tried fresh installs of Google Chrome and Opera, without any additional extension or add-on, and nothing works.

I've tried 2 different machines on my local network - don't work. Moved one machine to other network on Charter Cable (from ATT Uverse) - didn't work.

I've tried 2 different machines on 2 other networks - didn't work, even after I moved them from other network to my local network.

I've tried fresh installs of linux - all work - any combination.

Other people have tried using their machines, and it works for them.

So I'm thinking that somewhere I have a setting issue in windows, but I can't figure out where.

First I thought it was because the filesystem was full - it's not (26% used).

Then I thought it was because the recordings didn't exist, but I checked and they do exist.

    Any suggestions would help.

    Thanks Lyle

  2. If you could attach a link to the webpresentation to this annoucement that would be great.

I tried conferencing in and the system wouldn't call me back on the phone numbers I entered in the system for call back. Why won't the system call me back ? Is that feature enabled ?

I kept getting a Lync Web App notice with note saying " check your setup in Audio Device Settings" ? Where is this - in my OS settings or somewhere else?

What about using webRTC for the audio ?

I am really bummed about missing the meeting.

  3. I apologize if this is in the wrong queue?

We want all calls from Canada as identified via CID to be flagged as from Canada.

We want all calls from the Quebec area be identiifed as Canada - Quebec ?

can a Canadian Dial Plan be setup such that all incoming calls from Canada are automatically routed to a particular queue or IVR node

and of course, the quebec calls need to be routed to an IVR and voice prompts can be pre-set to french, routed to a french-speaking queue, etc.

and additionally is it possible to have all calls from Canada that come into the system with one of the ~30 Canadian area codes needs to be routed to a nuisance queue.

The nuisance queue is where we want automatically all the hang-ups, silent calls, automated sales/marketing, etc calls to go.

    Maybe it's not a dial plan I need ...

    Suggestions ?
