  3. Hi

I have a problem with the CDR output to my 3 party accounting software

The main problem is that there are a lot of duplicate records for all calls (from SIP_FROM and SIP_TO numbers).

For example: for outgoing calls there will be 2 records reported, 1) the outgoing call 2) the incoming record. Why is the second record in the data?.

However the problem also occurs for incoming calls. Call Reporting software cannot combine the incoming calls to report each call as one, we see multiple records for incoming calls and throws out the totals. The reason for this is that there is no unique identifier for the calls, therefore linking the records, sometimes they get reported as incoming sometimes as outgoing even though the numbers report clearly indicate that it should be incoming. One thing we have noticed is that the number 6129683xxxx is the clients main number, so calls where there SIP_TO number is this number and the SIP_FROM number is not an extension should be an incoming call.

    The PBX CDR String $10i,$v,$m,$f,$t,$3F,$3T,$x,$y,$R,$r,$4C,$4A,$4E,$4W,$4w,$3e,$o,$10c,$4d,$4s,$6M

  4. I know it is possible to setup CMC codes in the address book but thats not my question can you please answer my question

    1. setting up a CMC table for outgoing calls

    2. setting up a CMC button on the handset to capture a incoming call

    Thanks

    Leigh

  5. Hi,

I have setup my Snomone with CMC codes which records the outgoing CMC codes no problem but how do I record a CMC codes to a incoming call I have 720 handsets and i tried to setup a CMC button but i dont get that option in the handset please help

Also my customer has asked if there is a way of setting up a table off CMC codes in the system and if a staff member enters the wrong CMC codes (outside the table) the system will reject the call? as they are worried about staff entering wrong CMC codes

    Thanks

  6. The update button on the soho doesnt work, i see you have explained it to someone on the forum how to update the soho but i dont understand can you please explain it step by step

  7. there is no drop down on the button profile on the Snomone pbx only on the snom phone

I still need BLF monitoring if i change the snom phone to intercom i will loose this feature

a perfect solution would be if i could dial the exetenion number allow the extension to ring then dial *90 to engage the speaker function

    thanks

  8. Hi

Can snom offer a 30 day blue licence has one of my customers old nec system broke down and I was unable to install a system that day to replace the nec so I lost the job

Also this will help with cashflow in a small business

    Thanks

    Leigh

  9. I have removed a NEC system and replaced it with a Snomone system and the nec had a feature that the customer needs

if reception intercoms an internal extension the phone will ring (default), the customer would like the phone to page the one internal extension but also have two way audio with the internal extension because the staff are not always at their desks and its easier to shout out to them

    Thanks

  10. Hi

I have installed Snomone Blue (firmware 2011-4.5.0.1050 Coma Berenicids) (Win32) on a pc in my customers office and I have a few problems

    1. When a call is transferred to a internal extension and someone pages at the same time the transferred call is connected to the person making the internal page

    2. Sometimes not all the time the extensions are experiencing one way audio on external calls (I have the router in DMZ mode)

all the phone are 720's on firmware 8.7.3.7

    thanks

  11. This is probably a problem with certain firmware versions of the phones. The TLS implementation is not all the same for the various models because of the different memory size, maybe you see a pattern with the models. I guess you have them all on 8.4 firmware versions?

That could be another problem, although I know that there are installations with more than 30 connections on Windows:

I have window 7 pro not windows Server 2008 Foundation which is limited to 30 connections, all of my snom phones are using firmware version 8.4.32 because i had problems with transfering on verison 8.4.35 (extensions were droping the call on transfer)

Also the transport layer i'm using is UDP

    thanks

    Leigh
