    we facing problem dial number start with 8, for 9 and 6 is fine. the number did not match the pattern we have created. our dialplan matching pattern = 9(.*) and replacement = sip:120165\1 . please refer to below log tracert. thx

  2. Yes, it's with license. Would you please upgrade your system to 2.1.12.2489? And retry it again.

  6. Whow you mean it could be that the WAN is still on DHCP while the startup script is already running and the watchdog timer kicks in?

     

     

    hi, i also experience the same issue. when connect to LAN port with DHCP the LAN connection will die off after sometimes. The LAN LED indicated also off. i have not issue on WAN Port with fixed default ip 192.168.1.99. below is my CS410 box info.

  7. The logo has changed during the renovations for 3.0. The new logo should have 250 x 50 pixel, with transparency.

     

     

    i have convert the picture into above format and upload to CS410 /pbx/html/img folder and name as main_logo_blank.gif . Also update the logo link path . the configuration still doesn't reflect the logo.thx

    we trying to change the CS410 appearance to our corporate info and logo. we able change all in appearance tab except logo link. we have create the html/img folder and upload the images file and set logo link: http://cs410 ipaddress/img/main_logo_blank.gif. we able view the logo image if paste the link http://cs410 ipaddress/img/main_logo_blank.gif into ie browser. Just the pbxnsip configuration page does not reflect our corporate logo. any clue? thx
