  1. What is the best method to setup several lines on one trunk.

Scenario being Trunk has 3 phone numbers with on registration. I only see one place to route the trunk to. Is there an alias or addition you add to te trunk settings to specify where each number goes?

One lines goes to ext 301 which is an auto attendant

Second line goes to 302 for a fax

Third line goes direct to an Exec. I read through the incoming routing on the Wiki but I'm not following.

    Thanks

  2. Yea, the timestamp is the timestamp of the email. Even if there are a few seconds delay between the recording and the email time stamp, sobody seems to have a problem with it.

I'm concerned about the time stamp when you listen to messages. The voice recording saying the time right before you listen to the message so you know when they called. Looks like pressing 5 gives you the info. Any ideas on being able to rewind while still in playback if you miss something?

  3. I have recently upgrade from version 1.5.6 and we used to have a time and date stamp that was attached to every voice mail. Since upgrading to version 2.1.8 we have lost this "feature". I have looked through the doc and the wiki and can't find anything on the subject. Does anyone know how to enable this "feature"?

I went from 1.5.1.6 to 1.5.2.10 and lost the same feature. We also cannot reveiw the message during playback by hitting 4. You need to wait until the end of the message to make any entries but delete.

    Thanks,

  4. Yea the references are really done using the literal text "co1" etc. If you remove the source, it breaks the reference.

That with the music is strange. You are sure that the call does not run into an agent group? Or maybe you have a funny SIP device that initiates a call in call hold mode?

I broke the refrenced SIP and it still shows the old co's under accounts. I had ab1 ab2 ab3 ab4 and ab5. I made the new trunk and used co1 co2 co3 co4 and co5. Once tested and working i deleted the AB trunk. Under trunks only the new trunk shows. ab1-ab5 is still there. I tried a reboot as well.

    Any other ideas?

  5. I'm running PBXNSIP on Windows version 1.5.6. I just removed an old Trunk (Sip Gateway) that had 5 co lines. ab1 ab2 ab3 ab4 ab5. The new trunk is working fine, however the old co lines still show up under accounts after deleting the trunk. Tried a reboot. Not hurting anything but just taking up license spots. Any ideas?
