  1. Does anyone have any more detailed installation instructions on installing PBXnSIP on this version of Linux, i have been reading the wiki and all i could find was the following: http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Installing_in_Linux It seems a little unclear which path the file should be created in and what it should be called. See config instructions below, "The following file should be called "/etc/init.d/pbxnsip" and can be used as template for controlling the service" "Make sure that the installation directory is correct in the above file and that the executable is accessible under the name "pbxctrl"" Any comments appreciated.
  2. Has anyone had this problem, i have installed 2.1.12.2489 2008/7/11 Linux (RedHat ES4) version and the 2.0/2.1 2007/11/16 File Archive (All OS) US English Prompts, i have unzipped the file and put the whole folder in the PBXnSIP directory but when i dial VM or try a feature code i cannot hear any system messages. Is there another directory i need to put the files in? Any advice as its very urgent. thanks

  6. Have been experimenting with Linksys phones and BLF (SIP Subscribe Notify) Seems Linksys use a proprietry method to do this (see below). Any plans to support Linksys BLF type? 7. I am using f/w v7.1.30, i have added the buttons value in the proxy require, what im having trouble with is how to configure correctly in pbxnsip, in the >Settings>Buttons section. How does the "name" and "parameter" fields link to what i have configured in my snom370's function keys? i.e. Function Keys> P1 = Active, Type = Button, Number = username/number
  8. I am having some issues getting the buttons feature to work on my Snom370, i have searched the wiki page and seem to be doing eveything correctly. If i look at the sip trace in the snom it even shows up like its subscribed but in the Subscriptions section in the phone its blank. Has anyone been successful at this? What settings did you put in the Snom's functions keys and what settings in the pbxnsip buttons section, specifically the name and parameter fields?
