Hi Guys, I am using vodia 5.3.2 version. I've a query. Suppose I've direct line 1234567890 assigned to a hunt group and there are three extensions 200 201 and 202 are the part of hunt group to receive calls. I want if any body call to number 1234567890 the extensions should see call is coming from annonymous/blocked. Suppose I call from my cell phone to direct line but extenstions in hunt group see that call is coming from annonymous or blocked. I know we can set ''from-header'' to Group name and phones will shown group name on the screen. But when they will redial it call will go behind that number. So orignally my client want if any one call to that specific line no one should be able to know who is calling. Please advise.

Ooh, that's works great. I didn't notice that. Also is there a way we can directly play a audio form Windows. Suppose I've an wav file on my computer and I was to play it as paging without dialing the paging extension? Does it make sense?

Hi, I am using Vodia Version 5.3.2. I've Valcom 102A IP Speaker registered as extension 200. I am using it for paging. Is there a way we can play an audio file (mp3 or wav) via Valcom speaker? Currently I am using it for paging and it works perfect. Our client also want to play an audio file as well. Please advise.

have you tested it on Vodia 5.3.2 in your environment?

It seems there is a bug in version 5.3.2. I tested the same thing on version 5.2.5 and it works perfect. Can you please test in your lab and see how it goes.

Hi,
I am using Vodia 5.3.2. When I create a schedule conference and add number in Participant numbers: 6466535719. Now when I see the call logs it appears as +16466535719 (646-653-5719) but call is going out actually it only appears in the logs. Please advise.

Hi, I am using Vodia 5.3.2. Under directory I see a folder "recs" with lot of xml's file. What will happen if I delete all xml files in specified folder?

Yes, dy default it's only "cw" on dom_ext.htm page and I changed it to "cw_disable" so it's working perfect.

This is not a easy way. I found a solution. On template "dom_ext.htm" set "cw_disable". So every created extension would be call waiting off.

Hi, I am using Vodia with version 5.2.5. Currently if we create any extension call waiting is ON by default. Can we make it OFF. I want when we create a new extension by default it should be OFF. Please advise.

I tested to delete the MAC ID and and reenter again on RPS but it's the same result on 5.2.5 version.

I was not entering any username or password on reg_pnp_settings.htm. It is by default empty and it's like the same. It works with the same way on 5.3.2 version. But not working on 5.2.5. Now I tried to putt RPS credentials on reg_pnp_settings.htm but the same results.

Hi, I've two vodia versions. one is 5.3.2 and other is 5.2.5. I've a Yealink Phone which I want to configure through RPS. On RPS I redirected MAC ID 001565A95ADR to server "http://173.238.56.xx" (5.3.2). MAC address is added to extension and account is open for mac based provisioning. Now when I reset the phone, after came back it perfectly configured the phone.
Now if I redirect the same MAC ID via RPS to server "http://173.239.88.xx" (5.2.5), it didn't get the configuration. Though If I redirect via RPS through this way "http://173.239.88.xx/prov/yealink-001565A95ADR.cfg" it get configuration.
Please advise, I want the version 5.2.5 should work the same as 5.3.2 works.

Hi, I am using vodia 5.2.5 version. Can you please let me know how can we dial the number starting from #. Suppose if we want to dial "##1" how need to set entry in dial plan?

Hi, I am using vodia 5.2.5 version. How can I record calls on demand. In domain setting recording default set to No and extension set to default. In start code I set Record On Key=*93 and Record Of Key=*94. During conversation if I dial *93 It didn't record the call. Please advise.

Hi, I am using vodia 5.3.2 version. Is there a way we can skip mailbox greeting for internal caller like (extension to extension) and for external caller's it should play.

Actually the user using extension 200 is using port go phone on his Iphone. When he register portgo Logs told its coming through IPV6 and problem is with media. On the same phone if he install Zoiper it comes through IPV4 and it works fine. I am curious where the issue is? Obviously there is no issue with port go because I am using on my IOS and it works perfect. Obviously the issue is with IPV6. I've following test case.

Hi,
I am using vodia 5.3.2 version. We have a situation here. We have two extensions 200 and 201. When I see in logs extension 200 is registered through IPV6 and when user call out there is no media (both sides) for incoming and outgoing calls. Extension 200 is registered through IPV4 and when this user call out everything works perfect. Is there any issue with Vodia when it send packet to IPV6?

Now its working fine, just last thing. What would be the expression if I want to send calls to extension 211 if CNAME contains AMERICAN and to extension 225 if CNAME contains NEW.

I tried this pattern !(AMERICAN|NEW)!211!nf !([0-9]{10})$!\1!f!3000 now if CNAME contains AMERICAN or NEW it sent calls to 211 and rest of all to 3000 which is auto attendant. Now I am calling to 21224535xx from my cell phone which is assigned to extension 225, my cname is GOLD and my all calls to 21224535xx are going to 3000, which actually shouldn't and ring on 225.

Hi, I am using Vodia 5.3.2 version. We've portal from Yealink RPS where we can redirect the Yealink MAC addresses to Vodia PBX. I add MAC address on Yealink Portal and redirect it to PBX IP like "http://216.205.xx.xxx" here "216.205.xx.xxx" is vodia PBX IP. I add MAC address on extension and open it for provisioning, reboot the phone and it get configuration. Before Yealink has MAC ID's in range 001565xxxxxx which was working perfect for provisioning. Now they have MAC ID's in range "805EC0xxxxxx" which is NOT working. If I add Server URL like "http://216.205.xx.xxx/prov/yealink-805EC0xxxxxx.cfg" then it works. Please advise.
