Hi there I am trying to figure out where this settings, but when extension is busy/unreachable, when I call it I get the message: "we couldn't connect you to the extension, press 1 for callback" I don't want this option to be enabled as I want to just use voicemail greeting that is set in all options on extension I've got Mailbox explanation prompt - set to not on personal greeting and all options in files section are set to Greeting1 Where can this be disabled? works ok when extension is busy or no answer. This is cellphone extension and is unreachable when phone doesn't have signal or is off cheers Matt

Hi Team I've started using the Vodia app as Chrome/Edge installed app and seems to work great (a lot less bugs and faster/more responsive behaviour), however it is missing click to call functionality via tel protocol (associate the app with tel protocol) We have another PBX which works in same way and it supports it, I guess just some settings needs to be added to the app in order to allow windows to register with it any plans to add this to the app? cheers Matt

I've just got our office PBX changed to Vodia - latest version so we can fully test this version before getting our production one for clients rolled over, but having endless issues: - Random name issues, when calling out it will show random name or number depends on who you had a chat or call to before and underneath actual number you are calling - app will after sleep resume appear blank - not loading, need to restart it daily (this was issue with older version as well) - had random extension busy issues, I was available, but my coworkers tried to call me and was showing as busy - on call, but there is no active call on right side - so cannot control it or know if I am on call, nothing showing on top or middle as well - History and chat tab sometimes showing blank or shows notifications, but there is nothing there - Dark mode on windows - all buttons are almost invisible - when call is answered on 2 extensions, whoever lost the call - call still shows active, but it is not - calls to ringgroup ringing my computer, but not showing in softclient -so cannot pick it up almost to the part to revert back to older version as it is really buggy...
  4. Hi Sean I've managed to manually add this to: use run to open both folders: shell:appsfolder shell:startup copy Vodia Phone from appsfolder to startup folder I guess button in the windows client would be useful as well
  5. Hi There just my little input on the app as well, not sure if it happens on old version, but after sleep resume or long inactivity app opens completely blank. The only way to solve this is to quit the app and restart it. reported by other clients as well -not sure if there is fix for this. I think it is really important if you put more time into getting this app sorted as more and more of clients moved away from old school deskphones to softclients. out of all great features Vodia provides, this is main reason for us to not scaling up and moving more existing customers over. any updates on headset support (USB - HID)? thank you
  6. Hi There my email subjects always present as: "Welcome to the Vodia Phone System" I've got different tenants where this is updated to the company name and in PBX main system settings under system level, but it still sends out with incorrect email subject how can I fix this? cheers Matt
  7. Hi there I can see you have implemented the change in the latest version which is great, however when testing it was still sending it in wrong format. Please note we are on multitenant setup and sharing single trunk between multiple tenants diversion header I am getting is: Diversion: <sip:extension@tenantdomain.co.nz>;reason="unconditional" it should be: <sip:extensionani@trunkdomain.co.nz>;reason="unconditional" should I log a case or can we proceed here? cheers Matt
  8. Hi There I just tried to enable this integration, but looks like Hubspot is now changing API access slightly. I've added permissions to view/create/edit contacts and activities and added API into PBX, but it doesn't read/write anything from Hubspot CRM. Have reloaded "Baltirmore Cybertrust Root" and deleted and re-added as per above.   10. the problem with RFC is that it doesn't send it out correctly. It sends out in format phonenumber@mypbxmaindomain.com and my provider requires diversion header to be sent out in format phonumber@providerdomainname.com, hence I need to manipulate it unless there is a way to change my PBX to respond with provider domain name (sip-spark.co.nz)

Hi There I think this is more of a bug, but would like to see if you can fix it on next release: when using diversion header "Other" there is no option to actually input the format of diversion header and when doing PCAP it is displayed as: Diversion: <SIP:{-}> I was able to manually adjust this in TXT editor, but it gets changed everytime. Can you make "Other" with option to input the format of the header - same as on FROM, TO, PAI... custom fields? I asume it should allow us to input something like this: <sip:{ext-ani}@domain.com> - there might be also an issue as you already include <SIP:> part cheers Matt

  13. Hi there trying to get SMS/TXT working and have noticed you support MessageMedia Hub now in latest version. Do you have any how to guides as I can't get it working? I tried to set it up with Legacy and current API but nothing gets delivered. I've enabled all logs, but not a lot can be seen from there: 8] 21:03:20.220 REST: POST /rest/user/105@*********/chat?number=028**********ⓘ {"type":"text","text":"guguguagaga","date":1681808594474} [8] 21:03:20.221 REST: Return 200 Ok (application/json)ⓘ false how do I troubleshoot this? thank you Matt
