I posted two pictures, that is the way they appear on that version of Android. They appear to be equivalent to the pictures you posted. All Calling Accounts shows T-Mo and Vodia and Make Calls with shows Vodia. It is not exactly the same but I assume there is some variance by OS and phone.

The picture clearly shows the Active Calling Account to be Vodia. It says Calling Account and Slider is on and Green.

The pictures show the only choices on that phone. My phone has the option you are looking for but the Revvl Plus 5G only has what is shown in the pictures.

This procedure is what I was referring to in my first post when I mentioned having done the "Calling Account Fix". Cleared Cache and Storage, uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled. Upon installation it did not prompt to scan my barcode so it still had account data. It still crashes on incoming calls but does not close. Outgoing calls work. Dialer seems correct.

It is an Android phone (T-Mobile Revvl Plus 5G), not Windows. Sorry, I misunderstood that you were guessing Windows. It was just downloaded from the Play Store days ago so it is the most recent version. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app.

The app was just downloaded so it is the latest version. We use a provider called Rival5 for VOIP. The version they show in their console is Version 68.0.24, I have no idea if this relates to Vodia.

The app crashes when it gets an incoming call and does not present the dialogue to answer the call. Instead the user get the crash notification with an option for app info or close app. Outgoing calls work fine. I tried the Vodia "Calling Account Fix".
