I have sent PCAP's for this to Hamlet

It's the sms coming to the vodia cell app It's receiving it from carrier, it just doesn't show in the sms section of the phone. The only way to see the text is at the dial pad, dial the number and click the text icon on the dial pad

Have a customer with a Moto G Stylus where the app doesn't have audio all the time or doesn't call out at all. I have tried standalone mode and verified all permissions were allowed.

We are on version 69.1.1 with the latest version of the Android app. text messages are not populating in the app. The only way you can even see a text is by dialing the number in the dial pad and pressing the text icon.
