Media Error from web interface

Hi,

 

I am using Vodia 5.5.0 and I've license for WebRTC. Can you please let me know how a user can make a call from the browser.

When a user logged in on PBX user web portal as see option "call from Browser. But when a user call from the browser he gets a media error message. I tried HTTPS page too but getting the same result. Please help me to resolve this issue
