Voicemail issue

Hello everyone, new user here. I have an issue with our Cisco system where if someone calls and leaves a voicemail, the user will not receive it from time to time. I was looking around and have not seen this issue anywhere and Cisco is of no help since they don't want to open a service request since it's out of warranty. Would anyone happen to have experienced this issue before? Thanks in advance.
