Bill H Posted May 18, 2009 Report Share Posted May 18, 2009 Presently when I call an extension and there is no answer, I am offered a Call Back option by pressing 1. When the station becomes idle I receive a ring, pick up the handset and then press 1 to connect to the station. This works perfect. Question: I can see when an extension is busy by looking at my BLF button. Is there a way to get a call back without calling an extension I already know is busy?
