adampcpi Posted September 9, 2010 Report Share Posted September 9, 2010 Trying to phase out our old phone system and our old system has a console that shows the status of each line so that the operator knows if it is busy or not. Using the web based console (WAC?) will work but it seems to timeout after a while and the user has to log back in....
