entirelyconnected Posted October 24, 2007 Report Share Posted October 24, 2007 I opened an account with callcentric and created the trunk and dial plan. When I try to make a call, I get this message from my Snom 360 "Proxy Authentication Required". I noticed that the message only comes up when I use the dial plan with callcentric trunk. If I change to another dial plan that has another trunk, it works fine. I have contacted callcentric and they are indicating that it's the pbx. Any ideas?
